Beauty salon

 The beauty salon at Elizabeth Beauty Concept completes the clinic’s overall portfolio of beauty treatments. You can choose from a wide range of 60-minute treatments, but we also offer intensive skin treatments and 90-minute treatments. Beauty services include eyelash colouring, eyelash perming, eyebrow shaping and colouring or waxing.

Cosmetic products used in beauty treatments can also be purchased for home use. We will be happy to advise you on what cosmetics are suitable for your skin and how to use them to get the best effect on your skin.

DEPILATION

HAIR REMOVAL WITH HEATED WAX is the most common method of hair removal ever. After several regular waxings (sometimes after the first one), the hair starts to grow much weaker and some disappear completely. For more sensitive people, the pain of plucking the hairs may be a drawback, but it only lasts for a moment and most clients don’t even notice it after a few waxings. The result, however, is worth it. By removing the hair and roots, the skin stays beautifully soft for 3 to 7 weeks.

The body is disinfected with a toner before waxing, dried and powdered with a special powder. The wax is then applied. The hair is pulled out with the roots using depilatory strips. After waxing, the skin is treated with a soothing and cleansing tonic and the wax residue is wiped off with oil. The ideal hair length is 5-10 mm.

The depilated skin is always carefully checked to prevent any ingrown hairs or inflammation.

After waxing, it is not recommended to expose the waxed body parts to sunlight. However, if you know that you cannot avoid the sunshine, we recommend an after-waxing oil with sunscreen protection.

Contraindications – When waxing should not be done

Psoriasis, eczema, birthmarks, bulging veins, open wounds, cold sores, varicose veins (consult a doctor)

Preparation for hair removal

There is no need to get yourself prepared for waxing, it is only recommended to have longer hairs, ideally 5-10 mm.

EYELASH DYEING

Eyelash dyeing is the ideal solution for all clients who would like to darken their natural colour and thus enhance the overall appearance of their eyes.

How is eyelash dyeing done?

The eye area will be cleansed. On the lower eyelid we place the cotton pulp. The client keeps their eyes closed at all times to prevent the dye from getting into their eyes, and if the dye does get in, we rinse them with boric water. The dye is applied all over the lashes down to the roots. The duration is 10 to 15 minutes.

How long do the eyelashes last colored?

The colour durability on the lashes is, of course, individual and depends on the quality of the product used. However, it can be said that in average it lasts 2-3 weeks.

It is easy to spot when the colour on your lashes needs to be renewed, in the same way as with your hair. Again, it starts to fade first at the roots, which become lighter.

How to behave after eyelash dyeing?

Avoid contact with water in the immediate 24 hours after application. Do not visit the sauna or solarium.

Contraindications to eyelash dyeing

• when the client is allergic to colour
• when the client has sensitive eyes
• when the client has a stye or herpes
• in case of conjunctivitis
• when there are skin changes around the eyes ( eczema, warts)

PERMANENT ON LASHES

Curled eyelashes save us time in the morning before going to work or in the summer on vacation. Even without mascara, lashes are groomed and expressive. The eyes are more expressive, visually enlarged, the lashes are beautifully curled. The eyelash perm is designed for all women and girls, but especially for those who have straight, short or inexpressive eyelashes.

The eyelash perm is done with a miniature curler that is glued to the lid and then the upper lashes are wrapped around it.

The eyelash perm is a separate procedure that takes about 40 minutes, including the eyelash colouring.

If you have your eyelashes permed, you get

• visually enlarged and brightened eyes
• short and sparse eyelashes will stand out
• an enhanced lash line
• long and straight eyelashes are beautifully curled and create a graceful fan
• no need to use eyelash curlers or mascara

Contraindications – when not to perm eyelashes

in case of:

•  allergy
• swelling around the eyes
• infectious disease of any kind
• eye hypersensitivity
• increased tearfulness of the eye
• conjunctivitis or any eye disease

  Please note: If the client wears contact lenses, they must come wearing glasses!

EYEBROW SHAPING AND DYEING

Eyebrow colouring is done as naturally as possible, most often using brown colour. It is also suitable for tattooed eyebrows.

Dyed eyebrows last 2 to 3 weeks.

How is eyebrow shaping and colouring done?

The eyebrows are thoroughly degreased. If necessary,we pluck out excess hairs. The colour is then applied only to the hairs, ensuring that the desired shape is maintained. Once the application time has elapsed, the excess colour is washed off thoroughly with lukewarm water and everything is cleaned with tonic.

If you do not have the desired shape, it can be drawn and then painted and the excess hair is removed with disinfected tweezers.
